We have travelled extensively so we think we understand what people want from their  break. Our aim is to make sure that your stay is as relaxing as possible. We will be available 24/7 whilst you are here for help and advice, your breakfast, a coffee by the pool, a light lunch or whatever you need. We will not however be there when you don't need us, you are assured of complete discretion and privacy during your stay.

We are ready to share our space and knowledge of the local area with you. If you are truly lucky Phaedra may have been baking prior to your arrival. Coffee and homemade cake by the pool ..........sounds perfect.

We grow some of our own produce and, when in season, the orange juice for your breakfast comes straight from the tree. What we don't grow we try to source locally, including some rather excellent jams and the occasional glass of Vinho Verde.

We offer complete flexibility with your board arrangements. We have an outdoor BBQ area for your use and there are many restaurants in the local towns and villages. However, if you really don't want to leave the house we are also both very keen cooks. We can therefore provide a small prato da dia (plate of the day) should you wish.
